General informations
The Safety & Self-Defense Training Course is structured in 4 different courses that together offer complete mastery of the subject.
1st Course - "Basic Program"
2nd Course - "Hands Free"
3rd Course - "Operative Techniques"
4th level - "Tiro"
Course - "Basic Program"
The first course lasts 20 hours, divided into two or three training days. It provides students with the basics of self-defense and security. The following issues will be addressed:
- Use of the tactical ballpoint pen for defense, arrest and control of the attacker.
- Use of the lace for defense, arrest and management of the aggressor.
- Use of the folding knife or dagger (diversified instruction for FF.AA. and FP), defense, arrest and management in control of the aggressor, individual combat.
- Use of short or flexible stick, for defense, arrest and management in control of the aggressor.
- Unarmed defense against weapons, arrest and control of the attacker.
- Clothing and scenarios.

Course - "Hands Free"
The course lasts 30 hours, divided into three or four training days. Provides students with full knowledge in the field of self-defense and hands-free defense security. The following issues will be addressed:
- Space management.
- Distance control.
- Shorten the distance.
- Body to body (with operating uniform or informal clothing).
- Fall.
- Work on the ground (with operating uniform or informal clothing).
- Basic control positions: the side; the mounts; the guard and the half-guard.
- Upper positions and lower positions.
- Hints to the main actions of submission and the danger in a context different from the sporting one.
- The scenarios.

3rd Course - "Operative Techniques"
The course has a duration of 88 hours, divided into eleven training days. It provides students with the full evaluation ability to analyze and deal with risks as well as to better plan an operation. The following issues will be addressed:
Technical operating methods (performed erect or lying on the ground, based on the task and equipment, individual / team).
- Immobilization, search, securing with handcuffs and driving (16 hours).
- Use of specific equipment: truncheons, sprays, handcuffs, etc. (16 hours).
- Accompaniments and supplies, protection of sensitive targets (techniques and escort training on foot, etc.).
- Spare vehicle technics, vehicle training, route planning and escape routes (40 hours).
- Full breathing conscious breathing, tactical breathing and outdoor respiratory training, to improve performances in high intensity physical and emotional activities (16 hours).

Course - "Tiro"
The course has a duration of 128 hours, divided into sixteen training days. It provides students with the full knowledge and management of the rifle and cut-off rifles. The following issues will be addressed:
Short weapon
- Peculiarities of firefights / Combat stress management / Action index / Basic and secondary safety rules / Types of short weapons / Ballistic weapons of short weapons.
- Shooting basics / Holstering / Environmental control / Ready positions
- Fundamentals of shooting on the move / Exploitation of shelters: unusual shooting positions - multiple targets - hostile targets.
- Malfunctions / Shooting with one hand / Communication and work in pairs / Use of torch and laser pointer / Control procedures / Instinctive shooting.
Tactical carbine
- Peculiarities of gunfights / Combat stress management / Action index / Basic and secondary safety rules / Types of tactical rifles / Rifle ballistics.
- Shooting fundamentals / Reset / Environmental control / Ready positions
- Fundamentals of shooting on the move / Exploitation of shelters: unusual shooting positions - multiple targets - targets in cover / Transition of the weapon.
- Malfunctions / Shooting with one hand / Communication and work in pairs / Use of torch and laser pointer / Control procedures / Instinctive shooting.
Smooth-bore rifles
- Peculiarities of firefights / Stress management in combat / Index of action / Basic and secondary safety rules / Types of smooth-bore rifles / Smooth-bore rifle ballistic.
- Shooting fundamentals / Environmental control / Ready positions / Use of correct ammunition based on target and distance.
- Fundamentals of shooting on the move / Exploitation of shelters: unusual shooting positions - multiple targets - targets in cover / Transition of the weapon.
- Malfunctions / Shooting with one hand / Communication and work in pairs / Use of torch and laser pointer / Control procedures / Instinctive shooting.
Precision rifles
- Peculiarities of firefights / Stress management in combat / Action index / Basic and secondary safety rules / Types of precision rifles / Precision rifles ballistics.
- Shooting fundamentals / Distance estimation / Zeroing and calibration of the optics / Use of the correct ammunition according to the target and the distance.
- Exploitation of the shelters: unusual shooting positions - multiple targets - targets in cover / Transition of the weapon.
- Malfunctions / Communication and work in pairs / Environment control and target identification / Stress management.
